All products are made to order using the photo, names and details you provide. You are responsible for checking that your submitted details are correct. By uploading a photo or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain unlawful content. We may decline or cancel any order that breaches these terms.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken when you place your order. Taxes, duties and shipping charges are shown or described at checkout.

Production, shipping and returns

Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to NestMemo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You keep ownership of the photos you upload, and give us permission to use them only to produce and fulfil your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestMemo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
