Refund & Returns Policy

Every NestMemo keepsake is made to order with your own photo, names and details, so we handle returns a little differently from a standard store.

Personalized items

Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or for mistakes in the photo, spelling or details you submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vertexislamabad7@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. After that, the item is already being made and cannot be cancelled.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
