Made to order

Every NestMemo keepsake is personalized and made to order. Production takes 5–7 business days after your order is placed and your photo is approved, before the item ships.

Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and busy holiday periods. We recommend ordering early for gifts and holiday deadlines.
